You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Subscription and Payment

• The Service may be offered on a free trial basis for a limited period, followed by a paid subscription.
• Subscription fees, once paid, are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
• We reserve the right to change subscription fees with reasonable notice.
• Failure to renew may result in suspension or termination of the Service.

4. User Responsibilities

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to missed deadlines, lost opportunities, or reliance on any notification. Our total aggregate liability under these Terms shall not exceed the subscription fee paid by you in the preceding twelve (12) months.
